2021/2022 Spring & fall cottage rental -  $1499 per week

1 week minimum always

Rates are based on up to 6 persons. Add $35 per night per

additional person.

Add $195 professional cleaning cost.

$1499 + $195 = $1694 total

This amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

~to make a reservation - A nominal refundable $400 damage deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your dates.  It is refunded upon your departure following a property check.
